By the central park of Xela is a colonial passageway called ‘Pasaje Enriquez’.  Utatlan is located on the second floor of this beautiful old building which means that the school is within easy reach of shops, café bars and restaurants.  Within the school we have an office, a main lounge area, and several different areas to have classes.  We have computers for students to use and we also have free WiFi. 

We want you to feel the school is a home away from home so even if you don’t have class you can stop by to check your emails, watch a movie or have a coffee.We also have a roof terrace where you can also study, or just relax in the hammock.

Within 2 minutes walk of the school you can find a supermarket, several banks and ATMs, local ‘microbuses’ to take you to other parts of town, a taxi rank and lots of cafes.
